We had a very foggy day here in London on Tuesday! Can’t even see the top of the London Eye

I did my huuuuurrrr all puuurrrrdy tonight. It didn’t even take me that long to do…5mins tops!!!!!

This is a photo taken on my phone from that sunset I posted about the other night. I know it is horrible out of focus, but it was the only way I could really capture the colour.

I just “made” Pain au Chocolat for my breakfast tomorrow, and in the spirit of taking more photographs I thought I would document the very short process!

Train journey home from work. It always surprises me when inner city London looks beautiful…it doesn’t surprise me however, that it’s nearly always as the sun starts to set, when it is low in the sky.

My place setting at my friends wedding…the Catley’s (as they are so fondly known by their friends).
The whole wedding was home made and so completely gorgeous. Home made weddings are my favourite, there is so much more meaning to it. The bride and groom’s families and friends made 300 scones for cream teas after the ceremony, they also made all of the food at the reception. They were given the use of an old derelict barn and were told they could do whatever they wanted with it, and boy did they do a good job.
I also particularly love that my place setting is the Bride’s nickname for me. This nickname came about in the strangest way, but it stuck between the two of us.

Congratulations Mr and Mrs Catley!!!

I miss looking like this and knowing how I felt a year ago. So happy, joyful and care free.
